This website ("www.myythospetstore.in") is owned and operated by Myythos Trading Company (hereinafter referred to as “Myythos Pet Store,” “the Company,” or “we”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 of India, with its registered office located at 275/1 Gopeniwas, Sion East, Mumbai 400022, Maharashtra, India. The Company is the sole owner, operator, author, and publisher of the website.

Promotional discount codes are applicable only to specified products and cannot be used after an order is placed. We will send administrative and promotional communications to you, and you agree to receive such communications. Payment must be made at the time of ordering unless opting for Cash-On-Delivery. Payment is processed through Razorpay or PayPal, and Myythos Pet Store does not retain credit card details. Myythos Pet Store may accept or deny any order based on product availability or other factors. An electronic contract has the same legal effect as a written contract.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Myythos Pet Store owns all content on this website, including text, graphics, and design. You may not copy, modify, or exploit any content without prior written consent. The limited license granted to you does not include downloading content for other uses or any actions that may impair the website’s functionality. You may request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund within 15-20 working days. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled. Myythos Pet Store’s decision on cancellations is final.

17. FRAUD

Myythos Pet Store reserves the right to recover costs and initiate legal action against individuals who use the site fraudulently.

18. REDEEM VOUCHERS AND PROMOTIONAL CODES

Vouchers and promotional codes are subject to specific terms determined by Myythos Pet Store. These terms must be accepted by you.

19. DISCLAIMER

Note: The Agreement is published in accordance with the provisions of Section 3 & Section 3-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 that require an electronic record to be authenticated with an electronic signature and also in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and the user agreement for access-or-usage of the intermediary’s computer resource by any person.
